We ask you to settle the bill the day before departure
Cancellation conditions:
The deposit will be retained.
The guest is also obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- For cancellations no later than 31 days before the arrival date, we charge 50 % of the booked stay.
- For cancellations no later than 14 days before the arrival date, we charge 80 % of the booked stay.
- For cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date, we charge 100% of the total amount agreed.
- For late arrival, early departure or not taking over the booked holiday apartment, we charge the total amount agreed.
Cancellation insurance policy:
We highly recommend our guests to cover their booking with a travel cancellation insurance policy, in order to avoid additional cancellation costs.
