Terms and conditions of the Residence Bondí in Alta Badia

Services included:

• Bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, soap for hand and body wash
• 2 changes bath towels in the week, 1 change for bed linen in the week
• Final cleaning
• Use of the big garden and the terrace
• Parking area
• Wi-Fi
• Ski and boots deposit
• Bike deposit

Additional informations:

• The number of guests for every apartment is confirmed by the reservations
• Daily fresh bread (at payment)
• Possibility of using the washing machine (for a fee)
• EV-charging station (at payment)
• Extern people are not allowed entering the apartments
• Animals are not admitted
• All our apartments are no-smoking
• We attach great importance to waste separation and ask our guests to help us

House rules: we ask our guests to consider the house rules, which you find in every apartment.

Check-in: from 2 p.m.
Check-out: until 9 a.m.

Payment conditions:
The reservation is valid when we get a deposit of 30 % of the total of the journey.

At the Residence Bondí you can pay cash or by credit card (MasterCard, Visa).
We ask you to settle the bill the day before departure

Cancellation conditions:
The deposit will be retained.
The guest is also obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

• For cancellations no later than 31 days before the arrival date, we charge 50 % of the booked stay.
• For cancellations no later than 14 days before the arrival date, we charge 80 % of the booked stay.
• For cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date, we charge 100% of the total amount agreed.
• For late arrival, early departure or not taking over the booked holiday apartment, we charge the total amount agreed.

Cancellation insurance policy:
We highly recommend our guests to cover their booking with a travel cancellation insurance policy, in order to avoid additional cancellation costs.
